That commitment was on full display, thanks to Julie Brown from our USA Direct Field Sales team.
When a customer experienced an incorrect delivery from a carrier, Julie immediately stepped in to manage the situation. She personally coordinated a FedEx pickup and remained on-site at the customer’s location for several hours, ensuring the pickup and redelivery process went smoothly from start to finish.
Not only did Julie oversee the logistics, but she also rolled up her sleeves—literally—helping move boxes and working through the summer heat to minimize disruption for the customer.
Julie’s actions reflect the core of who we are at StatLab. Her dedication ensured a seamless outcome for the customer and reinforced the confidence they place in StatLab every day. We are proud to recognize Julie for consistently going above and beyond—for our customers and our mission.
