The PiSmart Automated Cassette Collection System is designed to support laboratories that rely on high-volume, batch cassette printing workflows, providing an organized and efficient method for automated cassette collection and handling. Designed for rapid installation and effortless operation, the system automatically collects and neatly organizes up to 130 printed cassettes, maintaining a clean, controlled, and uninterrupted workflow.
Seamless Integration for High-Throughput Workflows
Fully validated for compatibility with all PiSmart Cassette Printers, the Automated Cassette Collection System enables batch printing while reducing manual handling and operator intervention. To support each lab’s unique workflow, the system offers two tray set configurations. A single large-capacity tray with 13 rows of 10 cassettes is ideal for consolidated full-batch printing, while a set of three smaller trays allows cassettes to be separated into smaller groups for easier distribution between workstations or processes. This design helps laboratories adapt the PiSmart workflow to their operational needs.
