Stains leukocyte granules in bone marrow smears and cores in just 10 minutes. The MasterTech Sudan Black B Stain Kit contains a modified, stronger Sudan Black B stain which requires half the time of similar stains or kits on the market. Sudan Black B serves as the primary stain, producing blue to black neutrophils with blue nuclei stained by Hematoxylin.
- 100ml Stain Kit yields between 72 and 108 slides.

100ml Kit Consists of: 70% Reagent Alcohol Pint, Modified Mayer's Hematoxylin 100ml, Modified Sudan Black B Stain 100ml and ExCell Plus Fixative 100ml.
Pint Kit Consists of: 70% Reagent Alcohol 2 Pints, Modified Mayer's Hematoxylin Pint, Modified Sudan Black B Stain Pint and ExCell Plus Fixative Pint.
All kit components are available for purchase individually. Both kits are sealed with a tamper-evident label for quality assurance. All kit components should be stored in a dry environment between 15⼠C and 30⼠C. Please review all component labels to ensure correct storage temperature.
