Mouse Monoclonal, RTU. Intended for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use. CD5 is a pan T-cell marker specific to CD5 antigen, and is expressed by many T cell leukemias, lymphomas, and activated T cells. It reacts with CD5 expressed on B and T cell and is useful in the aid of classification of B and T-cell malignancies, as well as the detection of T cell acute lymphocytic leukemias.
