User roles.
StatLab’s new user role functionality makes team-based purchasing easy and secure across multiple locations. Purchasing managers can enable staff to submit orders for review before approval, ensuring clear oversight and control. With defined roles, admins stay in charge of approving purchases, setting spending limits, assigning roles, and inviting team members to buy on StatLab.com with the access they choose.
FLEXIBILITY FOR THE WAY YOU WORK
User role setup.
User role management is only available for the admin on your account. An admin has been set automatically for each account based on your account records. Sometimes the default admin contact is a billing or administrative email address, and may need to be adjusted to ensure the right contact has administrative privileges.
To check to see if you are the admin:
• Navigate to your account portal
• Select "User Management" in the sidebar
You should see a pink button to the right to add new users. If you don't see this, it means you are not the admin user. If you should be the administrator for your account, please contact us here with a request, and we will add administrative permissions to your user.

There are three primary user roles. Here's a brief summary; a full list of permissions is below.
Admin: Can buy, manage users, and add new addresses.
Senior Buyer: Can buy, and approve orders from Junior Buyers.
Junior Buyer: Can place orders for approval.
