Tissue Guard Gel

Stabilize fragile specimens during processing by preparing with TissueGuard processing gel. Tissue Guard encapsulates and retains specimens during histological processing while allow chemical reagents to penetrate the specimen. Appropriate for cytology and histology applications, TissueGuard is an alternate to other agarose stabilizers. Box of 12 tubes. Cytology Protect fine needle aspirates, urine specimens, non-gyn specimens, and any other specimens utilizing cell block preparation. Product can be applied in either centrifuge tube, or in conjunction with BioMesh tissue cassettes, or using tissue paper. After application, specimen is ready for processing within minutes, or sooner if aided with a cooling block. Histology Protect samples including needle biopsies, nerves, small arteries, aggregates, lymph nodes and the smallest of tissue fragments. Product can be applied to samples in conjunction with BioMesh cassettes, or using filter paper.
