SUSTAINABILITY IN ACTION
Reducing emissions through in-house manufacturing.
By bringing prefill and gallon bottle container manufacturing in-house, StatLab eliminated the need to ship empty containers from third-party suppliers across multiple state lines. Consolidating both product and packaging production in North Texas reduces transportation requirements and supply-chain complexity. This shift saves an estimated 9,000 miles of driving each month, delivering a measurable reduction in our carbon footprint while improving operational efficiency.

- Innovation. The StatLab product development team continually improve products to be safer and more effective, evaluating different manufacturing strategies to shorten the supply chain, reducing environmental impact and risk of disruption to the lab.
- Education. Employees routinely receive training and support on environmentally-friendly practices.
- Waste reduction. Global sites are reducing the use of plastics and papers; packing slips now come as stickers on packaging.
SUSTAINABLE GLASS MANUFACTURING
Driving sustainability at the source.
Glass manufacturing at StatLab’s Braunschweig facility demonstrates how upstream production decisions are driving meaningful sustainability outcomes across the supply chain. On-site solar panels generate up to 300 kW of power, covering approximately 40% of peak electricity demand and helping reduce carbon emissions by up to 300 metric tons per year.
