Once you’re covered under StatSwap, you can rest easy if you need help with your printer. The most you’ll wait is 15 minutes for a return call for virtual troubleshooting, and if the problem persists, StatLab will send you a loaner unit overnight to ensure your downtime is kept to a minimum while your printer is returned to StatLab for maintenance. Even if the printhead needs to be replaced, you’re covered with StatSwap.

Troubleshoot with StatLab
Contact equipment support to resolve your issue. [email protected] or
1-855-STATHELP. Most printer problems will be resolved with this step.
Receive PiSmart Loaner
If Equipment Support is unable to resolve the issue, a loaner PiSmart will be overnighted to you. Receive the loaner unit next day if shipped before 3pm.
Return Original PiSmart
Return original printer to StatLab within 7 business days using the case and shipping label received with the loaner. Follow included instructions closely.
Swap Original and Loaner
After repair the original unit will be shipped back to you. Return loaner printer to StatLab within 7 business days using the provided case and shipping label.
