Smooth Muscle Myosin, Clone SMMS-1

Mouse Monoclonal. Intended for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use. Monoclonal anti-smooth muscle myosin reacts with myosin heavy chain polypeptides of 200 and 204 kDa. It does not react with skeletal, cardiac, or non-muscle myosin. In immunohistochemistry it stains vascular and visceral smooth muscle cells and cells that have smooth muscle-like characteristics.
