Stains for cartilage in less than 15 minutes. This kit is commonly used for the staining of cartilage. 1% Safranin O serves as the primary stain, producing pink to red cartilage, mucin, and mast cell granules, with purple to black nuclei stained by the Weigert's Hematoxlyin and cytoplasm counterstained green by Fast Green.

All kit components are available for purchase individually. Both kits are sealed with a tamper-evident label for quality assurance. All kit components should be stored in a dry environment between 15⼠C and 30⼠C. Please review all component labels to ensure correct storage temperature.
