Here's how it works.
Initiate a return using the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below, within 30 days of purchase, and unopened products can be returned for credit to your account.

How is shipping handled?
If you received the product in error, StatLab will pay return shipping fees. If you changed your mind after you purchased a product, returns are easy. You only pay the return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
How long will it take for the credit to display on my account?
Your credit will appear within 30 days after we receive the return.
What's next after I fill out the RMA form?
Once notification is received, you will be contacted by Customer Service to coordinate next steps or return shipping.
