QUALITY AT STATLAB

Quality is paramount at StatLab.

StatLab's processes and facilities are ISO-13485 approved. This means that we adhere to industry-set standards for compliance. If a product is falling outside of our high quality standards, it's important that a quality case be opened to investigate the root cause. Please call or email StatLab customer service to provide as much information as possible, including photos. Call Customer Service: 1-(800) 442-3573.

What happens next?

After a customer reports a concern with the quality of the product received, a quality case is opened in our system, and an investigation started to identify the root cause. You will receive follow-up communication from the StatLab Quality Team who will report findings, and any next steps appropriate.
