Description
Lysing Solution is used for rapid lysing of red blood cells contained in Cytology and Histology specimens. Whole blood lysis has been shown to be as effective as density gradient centrifugation in the preparation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells for lymphocyte subset analysis. MasterTech's Lysing Solution may be used in both lyse/wash and lyse/no-wash procedures.

No refrigeration needed, but ideally will be a controlled temperature space to prevent extreme heat.
