I am a new customer and interested in ordering via GHX. How do I get the process started?
Search for us in the vendor bar of your GHX portal and request registration for all your shipping locations. You will receive approval with an assigned StatLab account number within 24 hours.
I can't see a product I need, how can I have it added to my order?
After placing your order, please contact Customer Service by phone or at [email protected], have your account number and the item number available, and they can help add items on to your order, and enable them for future ordering through GHX.
