Description
A fast yet gentle bone decalcifier that has been formulated from semiconductor grade formic acid, highly purified reagent grade water and EDTA. Formical-2000 works well not only as a general purpose decalcifier for all routine histological specimens, it works especially well to decalcify tissue for immunohistochemistry. Will safely decalcify bone without destroying antigen sites. Available in our 1-gallon StatGrip rectangular F-style bottles featuring HistoFlow dispensing technology‚ designed for easy pouring, improved ergonomics, and smarter storage. Also available in quarts and 5 gallon cubes.

No refrigeration needed, but ideally will be a controlled temperature space to prevent extreme heat.
