Standard Shipping
StatLab utilizes a variety of carrier partners to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible at the best price. This results in faster delivery, reduced shipping damages, and cost savings.
Included options:
All domestic orders placed by 12pm CST will be shipped out same day for stocked products.
If you have a delivery dock, the carrier will drop the pallet there.
Standard delivery service is based upon carrier defined transit time. Delivery before EOD, is defined as 5PM in delivery address time zone.
Cold items, or those that require refrigeration, will be shipped separately from non-cold items on your order, and are overnighted via Fedex. Please note that your destination minimum or cap do not apply on cold ship orders and are subject to carrier freight charges. We are unable to ship cold items on Fridays or over holidays at this time to ensure integrity of the product(s).
Note: Carriers charge a detention fee if they wait longer than 15 minutes to unload. Statlab is not responsible for this charge.

Emergency or next-day air delivery (non-hazardous only)
Hazmat Shipping
We can ship hazmat via air (via Fedex Priority) under limited emergency circumstances. Please reach out to Customer Service to request.
Emailed Pack List
Every shipment comes standard with a pack list included on a sticker on the outside of the box. To receive the pack list by email with every shipment, please provide the email address(es) for delivery to Customer Service.
Inside Delivery
Delivery inside the threshold (doorway) of the building. Does not include delivery in a lab, down the hall, or upstairs.
Lift Gate Delivery
An elevator ramp attached to a smaller truck for customers that do not have a dock, to lower the product to the ground. This is a limited equipment option by carriers, so expect 1-2 days additional transit time.

Help! My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Shipments leave our warehouse in good condition. The number of packages shipped is indicated on the freight bill with the contents of the shipment shown on the packing slip. Do not accept a damaged or short shipment until the delivering carrier's driver has made a "Damage" or "Shortage" notation on both copies of the freight bill. If this occurs, fill out a return of merchandise authorization request online (RMA).
