Customize the products your customers use every day with your lab’s name, logo and contact information. Standard turnaround on custom prefills is 8-10 weeks. Standard turnaround time on custom bags is 18-20 weeks. Once you submit the form below, a sales representative will be in touch to provide an estimate and more information about the process. A $200 setup fee applies to custom orders.
Need to return a product?
Initiate a return using the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below within 60 days of purchase, and unopened products can be returned for full credit on your account.
How is shipping handled? If you received the product in error, StatLab will pay return shipping fees. If you changed your mind after you purchased a product, you will pay return shipping fees.
The first step is simple. Fill out the RMA form below, including as much information as possible.
Once notification is received, you will be contacted by Customer Service to coordinate next steps or return shipping.
When the product is received, you will see a credit on your account within 30 days.
