Why did StatLab partner with Poly Scientific R&D Corp.?
Poly Scientific was founded more than 50 years ago by John Caggiano; a literal fulfillment of the American Dream. The values of Poly Scientific align with the values and goals of StatLab, and we believe that together, we can reach new heights to empower labs to provide the best possible patient care.
Does anything change with my current ordering process?
As of October 4th, orders will be placed through StatLab, and payments for those orders need to be made out and sent to StatLab. When you call customer service you will speak with a helpful customer service representative who will help you place orders with StatLab for the products you need.
What about online ordering?
After October 4th, you will no longer be able to order online at polyrnd.com, and all online orders will be placed through StatLab.com. To get this process started you can register for online ordering here.
Will my products or packaging change?
This depends on your previous order history. Some standard products will retain the same formulation but may have StatLab branding. Any custom prefills will retain your branding. We will communicate if there are any other product updates that will create an impact based on your order history.
Will my pricing change?
Our goal is to prevent disruption in pricing on all standard products. Some unit of measurements will change, and as a result you may see updated pricing reflecting the new unit of measurement. Where product skus and unit of measurements are staying the same, your pricing will not change. Product Support or your Sales Representative can review your order history with you to find a clear path forward.
Will I receive my orders within the same timeframe that I did before?
We understand that delivery efficiency and speed are a top priority, and work to fulfill orders placed and processed before 2PM CST on the very same day. Please refer to shipping maps here for approximate transit times: Central and West Distribution, East Distribution.
Who do I contact for product assistance?
When you work with StatLab, you have access to an entire team of experts with a history of practical experience in laboratories like yours. Contact our product support team with any product questions.

Need to return a product?
Initiate a return using the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below within 60 days of purchase, and unopened products can be returned for full credit on your account.
How is shipping handled? If you received the product in error, StatLab will pay return shipping fees. If you changed your mind after you purchased a product, you will pay return shipping fees.
