Cytology Protect fine needle aspirates, urine specimens, non-gyn specimens, and any other specimens utilizing cell block preparation. Product can be applied in either centrifuge tube, or in conjunction with BioMesh tissue cassettes, or using tissue paper. After application, specimen is ready for processing within minutes, or sooner if aided with a cooling block. Histology Protect samples including needle biopsies, nerves, small arteries, aggregates, lymph nodes and the smallest of tissue fragments.
