PRAME is expressed in malignant cells, including leukaemias, Hodgkin's lymphoma, breast cancer, and primary and metastatic melanomas. PRAME has low or no expression in normal tissues except for in testis, ovary, placenta, adrenals and endometrium. Available in concentrate and ready to use.
