Mouse Monoclonal, RTU. Intended for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use. This antibody is specific to human CD79a antigen complex, consisting of two polypeptides non-covalently associated with membrane-bound immunoglobulins on B cells. The CD79a antigen is found in the majority of acute leukemias of precursor B cell type, in B cell lines and B cell lymphomas.
