Ready to use. Mouse Monoclonal. Intended for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use. Actin muscle antibody can be used as an aid in classifying leiomyomas, leiomyosarcomas, and rhabdomyosarcomas. The antibody will label skeletal, cardiac, and smooth muscle. It is nonreactive with non-muscle cells, such as connective tissue and endothelial cells, and typically not seen in carcinomas, melanomas, and lymphomas.
